Liquid Sprayable chemicals
For a perfect Hydrographics film transfer and durability, following liquid chemicals are most suitable :
ASB Regular (ASB 2)
ASB White (ASB 3)
Stick Spray Activator
Top Coat Satin Matte 2K (ML2K)
Top Coat High Gloss 2K (GL2K)
ASB Regular
ASB Regular is a transparent liquid chemical with excellent Film adhesion properties. It is sprayed on the product on which the Water Transfer is to be done. Here are the steps on how to use ASB regular :
Sand the part with 600 grit sandpaper properly.
Apply ASB base coat on the part with spray gun. Mix with 25% PU thinner to reduce viscosity of ASB. Gun pressure should be 25 PSI.
Let ASB dry for 30 mins. Now use NC paint. Mix NC paint 100ml with NC Thinner 120ml. Spray that with gun pressure 30PSI.
Let the paint dry for 30-40 mins. Proceed towards dipping.
PU Paint can also be used instead of NC paint, however dipping window narrows down to just 3-4 hours. In order to increase the dipping window, spray ASB regular on the product with PU paint as soon as PU paint dries. This increases the dipping window to 30 days.

ASB White
ASB White is a white coloured liquid chemical with excellent resistance and adhesion properties especially for Ceramic and metal items. It is sprayed on the product as a primer on which the Water Transfer is to be done. Here are the steps on how to use ASB White :

Clean the part properly.

Spray ASB 3 White primer first. Mix 25% hardener that comes along with the ASB Tin and add 25% PU thinner. Make sure you spray 2 coats. Gun pressure should be 25 PSI.

Let ASB White dry. It will take 12 hours to dry under the fan or 1 hour in the heating oven @ 80 degrees celsius.

Now use NC paint. Mix NC paint 100ml with NC Thinner 120ml. Spray that with gun pressure 30PSI.

Let the paint dry for 30-40 mins. Proceed towards dipping.

Stick Spray Activator
We have developed our own formula to dissolve the WTP films easily while retaining the colours of the design. Most local activators carry strong solvents that are smelly- but not ours, we have minimized the odor released from these sprays.
Dissolving time for the film is 40 seconds at 30 degrees celsius water temperature, after which the Stick Spray is sprayed.
Keep the gun pressure of 18 PSI or 1.5 Bar while spraying this Activator for best results.

Top Coat Satin Matte 2K
A topcoat is used to ensure durability of Water Transfer Printing on the product. Without a strong topcoat, the print can be easily removed from the product even with the scratch of a nail. Here are the steps on how to use our Top Coat Satin matte 2K :
Clean the dipped part properly with a moist cloth for dust removal.
Mix 20% hardener that comes along with the Top Coat and add 25% PU thinner. Make sure you spray at least 2 coats. Compressor pressure should be 25 PSI.
Top Coat will take 24 hours to dry under the fan or 1 hour in the heating oven @ 80 degrees celsius.
Top Coat High Gloss 2K
A topcoat is used to ensure durability of Water Transfer Printing on the product. Without a strong topcoat, the print can be easily removed from the product even with the scratch of a nail. Here are the steps on how to use our Top Coat High Gloss 2K :
